Dear Sirs

We are a general contractor for buildings, situated in Switzerland. Mainly, we construct appartment-houses in larger quantities.

We have now decided to cover different floors (e.g. stairs and staircases, balconries, kitchen, living- and bedrooms) with granite tiles.

As we recognized your company on your internet-site as manufacturer, we kindly ask you to quote us the delivery of such tiles.

Basic specifications:

Material: Granite
Color: white-black or ligth-grey (e.g. similar to China Super)
Surface: flamed on top, edges an bottom side machine cut
Thickness: 15 mm, calibrated
Size: different sizes (see following positions)
Quantities: see following positions

Delivery specifications:

Packing: 20' or 40' sea containers or strong wooden boxes
Conditions: free on site or our warehouse in Switzerland (within 100 km from Basel) including all transportation and customs fees but excluding added value tax
Delivery Time: within 6 (max. 8) weeks after specificated order

Payment conditions:

Payment: International bill, payed within 10 days after receipt of the goods or letter of credit issued by a Swiss Bank to your bank an to your favour
Currency: Swiss francs, Euro or US-Dollars according to your request

Warranty: 5 years on material including breaking after tiling

#1 Floors in staircases and balconries, living- rooms / standard

Size: 300 x 600 millimetres
Edges: on topside all four edges slighty broken (1 to 2 mm)
Quantities: ca. 1'500 - 2'000 square metres each delivery, totally 5'000 to 10'000 square metres per year

#2 Floors in staircases and balconries, living- rooms / edge zone

Size: 300 x 80 millimetres
Thickness: 10 mm
Edges: on topside all four edges broken (4 to 5 mm) an polished
Quantities: ca. 4'000 - 6'000 pieces each delivery, totally 10'000 to 15'000 pieces per year

#3 Stairs
Size: 1'185x 300 millimetres
Thickness: 15 to 20 mm
Edges: on topside all four edges broken (4 to 5 mm) an polished
Quantities: ca. 200 - 300 pieces each delivery, totally 500 to 1'000 pieces per year

Our first order would be placed very soon as we need the first delivery to being in Switzerland not later rhan beginning of March, 2006.

Samples: We kindly ask you to send us as soon as possible an by air freight samples of the granite you intend to deliver.
