Xiamen Stone Fair 2019 - Even Bigger

XIAMEN, China - Its time to plan to attend the 2019 China Xiamen International Stone Fair here on March 6-9 at the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center.

The 19th Xiamen Stone Fair will cover 180,000 m2 (approximately 2 million ft2) of exhibition space, where attendees can view the latest in products, trends and technology brought from more than 2,000 companies hailing from 57 countries.

The exhibition area is split into five different sectors. The largest (75,000 m2/807,000 ft2) is reserved for Chinese stone vendors, with international stone exhibits in 48,000 m2 / 516,600 ft2. Stone machinery gets 42,000 m2 / 452,000 ft2, with space also allocated in areas for outdoor exhibits and new products.

Italy, Turkey, Brazil, Egypt, Portugal, Spain, France, Pakistan, Iran and India have set up national pavilions at the Xiamen event for years. Meanwhile, exhibitors from more countries keep joining, such as Nigeria, Mozambique, Sudan, Namibia and Ethiopia.

In 2018, 150,319 professional visitors from 146 countries and regions found that Xiamen Stone Fair was a must-attend event and the key to grow their business. Every year, professional purchasing groups coming from every facets of the stone industry are organized from more than 30 countries.

The sheer numbers involved with the Xiamen Stone Fair can seem overwhelming … and event organizers offer ways to help match buyers and sellers.

One is “Launch Out @XSF.” Hall C3b has become the exhibition hall specified for new products. Exhibitors in this area not only host traditional trade-show booths, but also present new offerings in on-floor sessions. Enthusiastic attendee reception of the concept led to increasing its exhibition space in Hall C3b for 2019 by more than 20.

With great success of the 2018 Product Design Show, next year's “Stone Infinite” will be moved to the exclusive exhibition hall - Hall B2 … and the relevant event “Stone Design Forums” will be held just next to it. Attendees will be able to see the masterpiece of stone designers, refresh your ideas on design forums, and learn from the widespread recognition projects in an area of 2,000 m2 / 21,500 ft2.

The Natural Stone Institute will present the winning projects of its 2018 Pinnacle Awards for first time in China, which are given to projects whose beauty, creativity, ingenuity, and craftsmanship exemplify professional mastery in the use of natural stone in commercial and residential applications.

The Xiamen event is also home to the World Stone Congress (WSC), with five main sessions:
