Greetings,

We are in the middle of building a new hospital at ADh. Dhifushi, Maldives. This will be the first of its kind health tourism facility in the Maldives, designed to integrate advanced healthcare with the luxury resort environment of Villa Haven.

As part of this milestone project, we are inviting facade suppliers to submit proposals for the design, material supply, and installation of the hospital facade.

Points to Note:

- Project Location: Villa Haven Resort - ADh. Dhifushi, Maldives.

- Scope: Facade design, supply, and installation for a 3-floor hospital block currently under construction.

- Bid: We are opening the bid to receive proposals from facade suppliers.

- Requirements:

> Propose cost-effective and durable solutions that can withstand salt-laden air, humidity, and UV exposure.

> Share design options and available facade systems suitable for a resort environment.

> Provide installation methodology and timeline for execution.

> Use Marine Grade Aluminium Support Frame (6063-T5 / 6061-T6 with anodizing or powder coating) to resist saltwater corrosion.

> Use SS316 bolts and brackets wherever possible to avoid galvanic corrosion.

> Ensure drainage and ventilation gaps behind the cladding to handle high humidity.

We kindly request you to share your design concepts, technical specifications, material samples (if available), and detailed cost proposal for our review.
