Dear Sir/ Madam,

We have been awarded Contract P2427 for the Civil Works and Stations (Dubai Package) of the Abu Dhabi-Dubai High Speed Rail Project by Etihad Rail.

As part of the project requirements, we are currently seeking technical and commercial quotations from specialized vendors/subcontractors for the Station Architectural Works at Jaddaf Station.

Please find attached the complete BOQ for the Station Architectural Works for your review. You are requested to thoroughly review the entire BOQ and submit your commercial and technical offer for your respective package/scope of work.
The scope includes complete supply and installation in accordance with the BOQ, technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
Kindly submit your techno-commercial proposal, including the following

1. Company Profile
2. Relevant Certifications and Approvals
3. Completion Certificates for Similar Projects
4. Details of Past and Ongoing Projects

We request you to submit your quotation along with the above documents on a priority basis by 5th Sep 2026.
Please ensure that your quotation clearly covers all requirements for the supply, fabrication, delivery, installation, finishing, testing/inspection, and completion of the mock-up, as applicable to your scope.
